I have a disability that hinders my ability to use technology – how do I request accommodations?
Mason’s Office for Disability Services (https://ds.gmu.edu/ ) will work with you to clarify your disability and to identify accommodations that will help you. They will contact your instructors to make them aware of any necessary accommodations. If necessary, they will also contact computing or lab support within the College of Engineering and Computing to help implement any technical solutions to help accommodate your needs. You might also contact the Assistive Technology Initiative office (https://ati.gmu.edu/ ) for help with use of information and communications technology at Mason, even if you do not have a diagnosed disability.
